Please note: Trovelle offers general educational workshops, family conversation facilitation, and practical organising services only. Nothing in these terms, in our materials, or in any session constitutes personal legal, financial, tax, or estate-planning advice. We always encourage participants to consult appropriately qualified professionals and official bodies for decisions specific to their own situation.
1. Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions:
- "Trovelle", "we", "us", "our" refers to Trovelle, operating at 167 Thanon Maharat, Phra Nakhon, Bangkok 10200, Thailand.
- "Participant", "you" refers to any individual who books, attends, or registers interest in our workshops or membership.
- "Services" means our Rediscovery Workshop, Treasured Items Inventory service, Discovery Membership, and any related educational resources or community sessions.
- "Website" means the site at trovelle.pro and all pages within it.
- "Materials" means any handouts, guides, templates, or digital resources provided during or following a session.
2. Nature of Our Services
All Trovelle services are offered as general education, practical organising support, and community facilitation. Specifically:
- Rediscovery Workshop — a facilitated educational session focusing on general approaches to reviewing family documents and stories. It does not constitute personal advice on estate arrangements, document preparation, or any regulated activity.
- Treasured Items Inventory — a practical organising service that helps catalogue personal belongings and note where related documents are kept. No advice on the legal, financial, or tax implications of those items is given.
- Discovery Membership — ongoing access to peer community sessions, general discussion guides, and organising resources. All content remains educational. Members are directed to qualified professionals for individual guidance.
No session, material, or communication from Trovelle should be taken as a substitute for advice from a qualified legal, financial, or other professional.
3. Bookings & Fees
Bookings are confirmed once Trovelle has received your completed enquiry and you have received written confirmation from us. A booking is a personal arrangement between you and Trovelle; places may not be transferred to another person without our written agreement.
Current service fees (THB, inclusive)
Payment terms and accepted methods will be confirmed in your booking communication. Fees are reviewed periodically and the current fee at the time of your booking confirmation applies.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellation by Participant
- More than 7 days before the session: full refund of fees paid.
- Between 3 and 7 days before the session: 50% of the fee is retained to cover preparation costs.
- Fewer than 3 days before the session: the full fee is retained, though we will offer a transfer to a future session where possible.
Cancellation by Trovelle
If we need to cancel or significantly change a session, we will contact you as early as possible and arrange either a full refund or transfer to an alternative date, as you prefer.
Rescheduling requests made at least 3 days before the session will be accommodated where availability allows, without additional charge for one rescheduling per booking.
5. Participant Conduct
Our workshops are a warm, respectful space for reflection and learning. We ask all participants to:
- Treat facilitators and fellow participants with consideration and respect.
- Maintain the confidentiality of any personal information shared by others during sessions.
- Not record sessions without the prior written consent of Trovelle and all other participants.
- Use session materials only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Trovelle reserves the right to ask a participant to leave a session if their conduct is disruptive or disrespectful. In such cases, fees will not be refunded.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website and all materials provided in connection with Trovelle sessions — including workshop guides, templates, and resource packs — remain the intellectual property of Trovelle. Participants are welcome to use materials for their own personal reference and family conversations. Materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without our written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Trovelle's services are educational and organisational in nature. Accordingly:
- We do not accept responsibility for any decisions you make based on information shared in our sessions or materials.
- We do not warrant that the general information we provide is complete, current, or suitable for your individual circumstances.
- Our liability for any claim arising from a session or service is limited to the fee paid for that service.
- Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.
We strongly encourage all participants to seek qualified professional advice before making any personal arrangements of a legal, financial, or administrative nature.
