Our Session Process
- 01 Introductory Call. A brief free conversation to understand what you are hoping to get from a session and answer any questions about our approach.
- 02 Session Preparation. We send a brief welcome note with what to expect and any light preparation that might help the session run smoothly.
- 03 The Session Itself. Facilitated at your pace. We bring the structure; you bring the stories and the questions.
- 04 Takeaway Materials. We share your folder template, inventory document, or guide library access depending on the session type.
- 05 Follow-Up. A short check-in one week after the session to see how things are going and answer any questions that have arisen.

Our follow-up process means that questions which arise after the session — sometimes days later, when the reality of what was discussed has settled — have somewhere to go. We are available between sessions for brief questions at no additional cost.

A Referral Network That Charges Nothing
When participants need professional services beyond our scope, we refer them to qualified practitioners — notaries, solicitors, financial planners — across Thailand and internationally. We do not receive fees or commissions from referrals. Our interest is simply that participants find the right help.

Discovery Members access a calendar of monthly facilitated group discussions, covering topics ranging from how to talk to adult children about inheritance to how to approach the question of digital accounts.
